Chikan Light - Knitting Kit
I actually have a WIP. The project has clear instruction and is easy to follow . The colors are brilliant and the yarn is just super cozy and squishy . I like this yarn and will definitely be back for more .
I was very excited to receive my yarn for a Deep Blue Chikan Light sweater. Only one thing surprised me. I thought in my kit that I'd get either size 10 or size 11 wooden needles. Then I'd be able to use them while making my sweater. Luckily I had both size 10 and 11 circular needles. I am enjoying knitting this sweater!
The yarn is gorgeous and so cozy to work with. The pattern for the Chikan Rose sweater is very well done, easy to follow for beginner/intermediate level knitters. I bought a second kit in another color because I will be wearing these sweaters a lot — and because I want to continue knitting with this lovely yarn after I finish my first. Highly recommended!!
I have not ordered anything from you in a long time. I have lots of yarn i need to knit up.
The yarn is very nice. Has a great lofty feel. As a “learn to knit kit” it’s a little disappointing. You have to visit YouTube videos and blog posts from outside sources in order to learn the techniques. Reading over the pattern it calls for two different needle sizes, but I only received one.
I got the yarn and the pattern but the needles are the wrong size. The yarn is beautiful!!! Not sure how many stars to give this kit. Based on the yarn and pattern, I would say 5 but without the right size needles, I can't knit so that is not very many stars.
