What is Cloudtouch technology? And why it benefits me?
This technology is what sets our yarns apart.
We employ a special process that involves injecting air inside the construction of our yarns, this creates:
A yarn that is soft as a cloud, easier to knit with, faster to knit with and that ALSO requires less yarns to knit more.
Where is Sierra Yarns located and where do you ship from?
We are a Peruvian-American company. Our production and headquarters are in Peru. But we have a warehouse in California where we ship to all of the U.S.
How can I care for and maintain my knitted projects?
All washing instructions are provided on each product page. Alpaca yarns should be hand washed for optimal care. Our yarns are of exceptionally high quality and designed to be long-lasting, so you can enjoy them for years to come. We're committed to creating durable clothing to minimize textile waste and promote sustainability.
Can I use these yarns for crochet?
Yes, you can! All of our yarns work really well for crochet, and we plan to release many more crochet patterns.
We're here to help you succeed.
