Washing instructions:
Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water (up to 30°C) with a delicates detergent. Gently squeeze and soak for a few minutes. Remove excess water by rolling in a clean towel, then dry flat.

I've purchased a kit. What's included?
You will receive
1) The amount of yarn you need to finish the project.
2) Two versions of the pattern. A virtual version immediately after your purchase and a printed copy with your package.

3) Depending on the kit, you will also receive knitting needles or a crochet hook if the kit calls for it. You can check what the kit includes at the top of the kit page.
I’m new to knitting/crochet. Will I be able to make your kits?
We have beginner, intermediate and advanced knitting and crochet kits. You can find the level required inside all of our product pages. If you have difficulties with your project, you can just contact us and our designers will assist you.

We are a Peruvian-American company. Our production and headquarters are in Peru. But we have a warehouse in California where we ship to all of the U.S.

All washing instructions are provided on each product page. Alpaca yarns should be hand washed for optimal care. Our yarns are of exceptionally high quality and designed to be long-lasting, so you can enjoy them for years to come. We're committed to creating durable clothing to minimize textile waste and promote sustainability.
Can I return or exchange products if I'm not satisfied?

They reminded me to write a review but I thought about not doing it so there would be more yarn for me! I picked up Chikan in red and ivory on this order and for now to use on crochet projects which I started 2 weeks ago. I thought the Andean Spirit would be my go-to yarn but it will be Chikan. It is so soft it is almost like holding nothing. I made up a sweater for a friend and she loved it. The red is so glorious! I have to say though the ivory is my favorite. The soft color with the soft texture is amazing. Any of your pet cats will argue with you about who owns the yarn. All I can say is buy if you like soft, incredibly soft and beautifully dyed yarn. You will quickly find yourself addicted like me and and trying to find excuses to keep the supply to yourself so they don't run out. Seriously though, its an incredibly soft and wonderful yarn. The best alpaca yarn I have ever used.
