Right now our Creative Strategist designs the angles, and our editor cuts the final videos. The missing piece is the person who turns an idea into actual footage. You write the scenes, find the creators, run the shoots, and make sure what gets filmed matches the vision.

You are the bridge between a great idea and a finished, on-brand asset that is ready to run. You work directly with our Head of Marketing and Creative Strategist, and you see your work perform in real sales, not just likes.

From a brief to a

Creative is what drives growth. As Creative Coordinator, you turn ideas into footage and make sure every asset is ready to run. We are early in scaling our creative team, so there is real room to grow.

Turn creative briefs into clear scripts and shot lists in the brand voice.

Source, vet, and manage UGC creators and models, and keep a roster ready to film.

Run productions start to finish, on schedule, with nothing slipping.

Collect and organize raw content so the editor works from clean, on-brand material.

QC the final videos against the brief and brand standards before they go live.

Bring fresh angles and content ideas to the team. Your instincts matter.

Take ownership of organic content and posting on IG and TikTok.

Someone who already
sees the story

You can look at a brand and already imagine its story: the hook, the shot, the edit.

You're organized and relentless about deadlines. Things don't slip on your watch.

You have an eye for what feels premium and what's off-brand.

You've created or coordinated content before (UGC, social, or ads).

Fluent English. You'll write scripts and work daily with a US-facing team.

Humble, hungry, and sharp. Knitting experience is a plus, not a requirement.
